Form transition for the product was done to get a minimally refined form which can be related to the mongoose.
Different levels of grips support gripping pipes,taps,screws,etc. of various sizes.
Overall form visually resembles the body of the mongoose itself and curved jaw makes it ergonomically easier to hold.
The grip is made from textured Rubber coated PVC which prevents from slipping while being used.
The sharp teeth of the Plier is designed keeping in mind the important feature of biting and griping by a Mongoose.
